Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CatchDoms ("the Service"), operated by Samir Belabbes (France, company registration in progress), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CatchDoms is a platform that aggregates expired and auction domains from multiple registrars (Dynadot, Catched, DropCatch, GoDaddy, and others). We provide domain discovery tools, SEO metrics, quality scores, and filtering capabilities to help users find valuable expired domains.

We do not sell or register domains. We provide links to third-party platforms where domains can be purchased or bid on. We are not responsible for transactions conducted on those platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

CatchDoms offers a Pro subscription at 468€/year (tax included where applicable). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Free & Pro Tiers

The Service is available in two tiers:

  • Free — Limited domain views, up to 5 favorites, up to 3 saved searches, notes and tags
  • Pro — Unlimited domain views, unlimited favorites, unlimited saved searches, CSV export, expiry alerts, API access

We reserve the right to modify feature availability across tiers with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the API or MCP access beyond the rate limits or scope of your subscription

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, and content, is the property of CatchDoms. Domain data is aggregated from public sources and third-party APIs.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Domain names listed on the platform are the property of their respective registrants or registrars.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data provided by the Service

9. Disclaimer

We make no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of domain data, SEO metrics, or quality scores
  • The availability of any domain listed on the platform
  • The outcome of any domain purchase or auction on third-party platforms
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

Domain valuations, scores, and metrics are provided as informational tools only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period unless required by law

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
