About these domains

These 36 domains are here because we detected message-board or wiki software on their archived pages. It's a classification of the archive, not a verified account of the site. A company that ran a support forum leaves the same fingerprint as a community of thousands.

What buyers usually want here is depth, and depth has to be checked per domain. The Wayback timeline shows how long the site was archived, the referring-domain count shows how many domains linked to it when we sampled, and the archived screenshot shows the topic. None of it comes with the purchase: nothing but the name transfers, and the old threads, members and rankings are gone.

It's the smallest bucket and one of the most specific. Check the archive for the topic, then decide whether a relaunch can serve a similar audience. Matching the old topic may improve the odds that surviving links stay relevant.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a forum or community domain?

A site whose archived pages ran message-board or wiki software. Discussion platforms leave distinctive fingerprints, which is what the detection keys on. It doesn't measure how large or active the community was.

Do I get the threads and the members?

No. The community and its content belong to whoever ran it, and rankings don't transfer with a domain. What you buy is the name. The archived pages show what the site was, and the backlink columns show who linked to it when we sampled. Whether those links stay is up to the sites that placed them.

Why are there so few?

Many forums lived on subdomains or shared platforms rather than their own domain, and only domains with detected message-board or wiki software enter this bucket. The list changes as the catalogue and the analysis coverage change.
